Steve plays lead & rhythm guitar and sings lead & harmony vocals along with the emcee work.
Neil learned to play the electric guitar and started performing in 1954 with "Andy Pawlenko & The Smokey Hollow Boys" playing country music. Neil gives Lake Effect Bluegrass that High Lonesome sound with his crisp Tenor vocals. Neil is a founding member of Lake Effect Bluegrass
Dave is the newest member of Lake Effect Bluegrass. He brings to the band a solid bluegrass fiddle sound and is an accomplished Yodeller.
Paul is originally from Manchester, CT. He is a 15 year student of the Earl Scruggs three finger style banjo picking method. Paul's first experience in a band was with Steve & his father's old time country band. Paul brings a solid 5 string banjo twang to Lake Effect Bluegrass. Paul also does some lead singing with the group. Paul joined the band early summer of 2003.
Karen Campolieto joined Lake Effect Bluegrass in the fall of 2008. Her steady rhythm on the bass and vocals have helped the band continue the bluegrass traditional sound.
